Depending on the specification complexity, we could be brought to make more than one prototype to validate a technical concept during the research phase. All the tool components are modelled in 3D by our engineering department. To follow on the manufacturing and on the agenda, we use a project management program allowing us in case of delay, to reschedule the project and inform the client of any overruns in the delivery time. After completion, the tools go through several controls to ensure their compliance with the demanded requirements. At the end of this phase a final acknowledgment approval form is signed. The made to measure equipment is delivered with a complete technical file as well as an illustrated user’s guide. If needed, a detailed maintenance manual can also be supplied. In addition to the CE certificate linked to each machine, we can provide material, test procedure and compliance certificates for all the standard or specific components. The 3D CAD design insures a total traceability and a perfect reproduction for spare parts and after-sales support for maintenance operations regularly due on the tools.
